INGREDIENTS
Carrots - 110 grams
Beetroot - 110 grams
Seedless dates - 60 grams
Warm water - 200 milliliters
Apple - 150 grams
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
White sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. In a steamer, add 110 grams peeled carrots and 110 grams peeled beetroot. Cover and steam for 12 - 15 minutes.
2. Remove from the steamer and cool for 10 minutes.
3. In bowl, add 60 grams seedless dates and 200 milliliters warm water. Soak for 20 minutes.
4. In a steamer, add 150 grams peeled apple. Cover and steam for 10 minutes.
5. Remove from the steamer and cool for 10 minutes.
6. Strain the soaked dates using a strainer.
7. In a blender, add steamed carrots, beetroot, apple, and soaked dates. Blend until smooth.
8. Pour the mixture into a pan and cook over medium heat for 8–10 minutes.
9. Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice and cook for another 5–7 minutes. Remove from heat.
10. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for later use.
