Instant Moong Dal Dhokla 

Servings - 8

INGREDIENTS
Split mung beans - 150 grams
Water - 350 milliliters
Rice - 100 grams 
Water - 350 milliliters
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Semolina - 80 grams 
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Buttermilk - 500 milliliters
Fruit salt - 1 teaspoon
Water - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/8 teaspoon
Coriander - for garnihsing

PREPARATION


1. In a bowl, add 15 grams split mung beans and 350 milliliters water. Soak for 2 hours.
2. In another bowl, add 100 grams rice and 350 milliliters water. Soak for 2 hours.
3. Crush 1 teaspoon ginger and 1 teaspoon green chili using mortar and pestle. Keep aside.
4. In a bowl, add 80 grams semolina, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon salt, crushed mixture, and 500 milliliters buttermilk. Mix well and rest for 1 hour.
5. After resting, transfer to a blender and blend until smooth.
6. Pour into a bowl, add 1 teaspoon fruit salt and 1 teaspoon water. Mix gently.
7. Transfer to a greased dish and steam for 8–10 minutes.
8. Remove from the streamer and sprinkle some red chili on top.
9. Cut into desired pieces and garnish with coriander. 
10. Serve.
