INGREDIENTS


Spinach Roti 

Servings - 5

INGREDIENTS 
Spinach leaves - 70 grams 
Coriander leaves - 40 grams 
Paneer - 40 grams 
Ginger - 1 tablespoon 
Garlic cloves - 4 - 5 
Water - 120 milliliters 
Whole wheat flour - 250 grams 
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon 
Oil - 1 1/2 tablespoons 
Whole wheat flour -  for dusting 

PREPARATION


1. In a blender, add 70 grams spinach leaves, 40 grams coriander leaves, 40 grams paneer, 1 tablespoon ginger, 4 - 5 garlic cloves, 120 milliliters water and blend it well. 
2. In a dish, add 250 grams whole wheat flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, blended puree and mix it well. 
3. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons oil and knead it into a dough. Rest for 10 - 15 minutes. 
4. Take a ball form prepared dough and dust some whole wheat flour on it. 
5. Now, make it flatten with the help of rolling pin. 
6. Place it on a hot pan and cook form both sides. Remove it from heat.
7. Serve.
