Pasta Salad With Chilli Lemon Sauce

INGREDIENTS

Water - 1 litre

Oil - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Pasta - 210 grams

Oil - 2 tablespoons

Broccoli - 300 grams

Bell pepper - 130 grams

Carrots - 175 grams

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Mayonnaise - 230 grams

Lemon juice - 60 milliliters

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Onion powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Red chili - 2 teaspoon

Walnuts - 55 grams

PREPARATION

1. Heat 1 litre water in a heavy pot, add 1 teaspoon oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 210 grams pasta and mix it well. Bring it to a boil and cook till the pasta is done.

2. Drain and keep aside.

3. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a heavy pot, add 300 grams broccoli, 130 grams bell pepper and saute for 5 - 7 minutes.

4. Add 175 grams carrots and mxi it well.

5. Then, add 1 teaspoon salt and mix well. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes. Keep aside.

6. In a mixing bowl, add 230 grams mayonnaise, 60 milliliters lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 2 teaspoons red chili and mix it well.

7. Add the cooked veggies in it and add 55 grams walnuts.

8. Mix all the ingredients well.

9. Serve.
