Chicken breast - 500 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Mix herbs - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Grated carrots - 150 grams
Grated zucchini - 250 grams
Grated potatoes - 120 grams
Eggs - 2
Mozzarella cheese - 50 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Rocket leaves - 50 grams
Avocado - 100 grams
Yogurt - 60 grams
Green spring onions - 2 tablespoons
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 500 grams chicken breast, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon mix herbs, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Mix well then, marinate for 10 minutes.
2. In a separate bowl, add 150 grams grated carrots, 250 grams grated zucchini, 120 grams grated potatoes, 2 eggs, 50 grams mozzarella cheese, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Mix well to combine and keep aside.
3. On a baking dish, spread the prepared vegetable mixture evenly.
4. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C and bake for 30 minutes. remove from the oven and cool for 10 minutes.
5. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add marinated chicken and cook for 8 - 10 minutes. Remove from the heat.
6. Place the baked wrap on a board, add some rocket leaves, avocado, cooked chicken, yogurt, and green spring onions. Fold it gently.
7. Serve.
