INGREDIENTS
Kokum - 30 grams 
Warm water - 200 milliliters
Fresh coconut - 150 grams 
Green chili - 2 teaspoons
Garlic cloves - 8 - 10 
Ginger - 2 teaspoons
Beetroot - 20 grams 
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
Water - 500 milliliters
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Ice cubes 

PREPARATION


1. In a bowl, add 30 grams Kokum and 200 milliliters water. Soak for 15 - 20 minutes.
2. After soaking, transfer the mixture into a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Strain the mixture into a bowl and keep aside.
4. In another blender, add 150 grams fresh coconut, 2 teaspoons green chili, 8 - 10 garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons ginger, 20 grams beetroot, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon chaat masala and prepared Kokum mixture. Blend until smooth.
5. Place a muslin cloth over a bowl, pour the blended mixture onto it, and squeeze the mixture thoroughly to extract the juice.
6. Add 500 milliliters water, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon coriander extracted juice. Stir well.
7. Add some ice cubes and stir again.
8. Pour the drink into a serving glass.
9. Serve.
