Palak Patta Corn Momos

INGREDIENTS
Water - 400 milliliters
Sweet corns - 200 grams 
Grated paneer - 70 grams 
Grated processed cheese - 50 grams 
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Green spring onions - 1 tablespoon
Hot water - 250 milliliters
Spinach leaves - 200 grams 
Pomegranate - for garnihisng

PREPARATION


1. Boil 400 milliliters water in a pan, add 200 grams sweet corns. Boil for 
2. Remove from heat and strain the corn.
3. Transfer the boiled corn to a food processor and blend coarsely.
4. Transfer to a bowl, add 70 grams grated paneer, 50 grams grated processed cheese, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1 teaspoon green chili, and 1 tablespoon green spring onions. Mix well and keep aside.
5. Pour 250 milliliters of hot water into a shallow dish. Dip a spinach leaf briefly in the hot water to soften it and place it on a plate. Layer another leaf over it, add a spoonful of the corn mixture in the center, and fold to wrap.
6. Place the prepared momos in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes. Remove from the steamer.
7. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
8. Serve.
