Tofu Shawarma Wrap

INGREDIENTS
Olive oil - 40 milliliters
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Tofu - 150 grams
Greek yogurt - 200 grams
Parsley - 1 tablespoon
Dill leaves - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Tortila - 3
Tomato slices - 150 grams
Mint leaves - 1 tablespoon
Lettuce - 30 grams
Cucumber - 120 grams
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 40 milliliters olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, and 1 teaspoon cumin powder. Mix well and keep aside.
2. Slice the 150 grams of tofu and arrange the slices on a baking dish. Brush the tofu with the prepared spice oil mixture.
3. Preheat the oven to 220°F/425°C and bake the tofu for 15 - 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and keep aside.
4. In a bowl, add 200 grams greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon parsley, 1 teaspoon dill leaves, 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Mix well to combine.
5. Place a tortilla on a board and drizzle some of the prepared yogurt mixture over it. Add tomato slices, mint leaves, lettuce, cucumber, and baked tofu. Top with an additional drizzle of the yogurt mixture.
6. Roll the tortilla gently, cut it in half, and wrap in aluminum foil.
7. Serve.
